Client Background: BBYO is an international Jewish teen youth movement, facilitating members' connection to the Jewish faith through the establishment of local peer communities. Since 1923 over 500,000 members have directly participated in or supported BBYO programs.

Challenge: BBYO's antiquated IT infrastructure limited their ability to interact with their core audience and achieve their broader business goals. BBYO's national leadership team asked us to create a technology strategy and project management process to prioritize the existing IT project backlog, realign project specifications and requirements, and lead highly critical IT project management efforts.

Solution: Our team continues to work closely with BBYO's business and IT teams to evaluate business operations and make recommendations for improving their existing IT infrastructure. Our collective efforts have resulted in the commencement of several enterprise level IT initiatives including the implementation of a modern content management system, front-end website redesign, and improvements to back-end data-management and business intelligence functionalities.

With technology integrated into their overall business strategy and the ability to devote resources to the projects expected to have the highest return on investment, BBYO hopes to create a platform capable of consistently delivering value to the organization's members.
