Client Background: Harvest Retail Marketing is a specialty marketing company serving the nation's largest independent bicycle dealers with direct mail, email, website, social media marketing, and advertising services.

Challenge: Noticing a lack of online engagement from potential and existing clients, Harvest's leadership team recognized an opportunity to improve and expand their client support capabilities by transitioning more of their sales process online.

Solution: We worked with Harvest Retail Marketing to re-imagine their e-commerce experience from the client's perspective, and then designed and built the site to offer better support throughout the buying journey. By creating personalized sales tools, account management functionality, cross promotion opportunities, and additional customer service support channels, we advanced potential clients through the sales process and increased existing client spend.

As a result of our collective effort, we successfully enabled potential clients to learn about Harvest's products earlier in the sales process, while providing the resources and tools necessary to allow existing clients to purchase customized products and services online with limited offline interaction.
